Friday, August 19th 2011 As some of you may know, I also work at Stussy HNL. I ran into Prolly there while he was here on vacation and I also spot alot of you hawaii riders riding past there. We recently came out with a new series of Honolulu specific tees which feature the town surf breaks. So for the drop of these tees Zen Yoshifuku, Matt Higa, and I (stussy tribe members) went out and shot a video. Its different working on a video for Stussy corporate rather than for myself. Theres alot of hurdles I usually dont have to go through such as multiple re-edits, music rights, and music changes. But now its finally live. Check it out. Nice work guys! Tuesday, August 9th 2011 So a few weeks back a few of the crew and I met up, rode and did some tricks for this Hawaiian Telcom commercial. It was fun just hanging with everyone and here's the finished commercial. It airs on cable so its chopped down really short and the only things that made the cut were a few snippets of Lindsey Bode (no brainer he's amazing) and James got the closer throwing up a shaka. Yeh I know everyone not from Hawaii thinks we only ride this spot, but really we usually only go there for events and everyone else wants to take pics there because its an amazing few and sunset. Mark is a rad guy and talented with his camera. He's out riding and filming alot so it'll be rad to have his point of view represented on the site. Get familiar. -Lyan Hello everyone, my name is Mark Mizusawa (aka Misosoup) and I attempt to take pictures and will be helping out with this blog. Ryan asked me to try and introduce myself so here it goes. I'm 20 years old, I ride a bike, I go to school, like making videos, (f)unemployed at the moment but lookin, I like long walks on the beach, and candle lit dinners. I will try to update with new pictures and stuff as much as I can. I'm new to this whole blogging and computer stuff so bare with me. Well, I guess that pretty much sums up everything, see you guys around shoooots! This past Sunday was full of fun. We bbq'd at Waimea's from 8am-4pm, went to visit our friend Zach we all miss you buddy, and then headed down to Kapolei for some sprints. Was exhausted by the end of the day but had fun hanging out with the crew. Somehow we managed to clown car it back home in my little Scion with four bikes and people jammed inside haha.
