I rode with the bmxer the other day and got to see whats really good on two wheels. So I snapped them in action. 
Thursday, June 25th 2009 Friend of a friend Nic Hill, passed through Hawaii this last weekend. I didnt get a chance to link up with him and his crew since they were only in town for a short stop before heading up to Japan to film his newest endeavor Tokyo2Osaka I first became aware of Nic's film making from his graffiti epic Piece By Piece. His Newest film is featuring fixed gear cycling. Here's a few words and test shoot from the Tokyo 2 Osaka site. We are creating a 35-minute documentary short film about the adventures of 13 amateur bicycle enthusiasts and their journey to ride fixed gear bikes from Tokyo to Osaka; a 350 mile undertaking. Brought together by their enthusiasm for bike culture and fascination for Japan, we watch the highs and lows of this epic journey as they struggle to reach the city of Osaka. I can't wait to get on a trick bike again. I been trying to be gentle with the Zebra bike ever since I gave Tanner my cutter. Someone out there needs to hit me up about sponsoring this kid. Tuesday, April 28th 2009 Some pretty epic pics coming your way.... I stopped by my favorite shop The Bike Shop (KAILUA). Colin is quite the photo guy so I handed him the mic for a sec. 
Then out back of the shop I took some pics of Tanner and Lindsay fooling around/killing it, 
Later on in town I got some EPIC shots of them murdering this tree ride. This was my favorite though. 
Tanner found this sketchy sprocket stall ledge with a drop over the other side. It made for a rad pic. 
With a hard shred sesh Tanners bike just couldn't take it anymore. So it dissolved into two pieces. 
R.i.p., you evil, evil, 666, bike from hell.

Our last session was on Aloha Saturday where he turned his Black Lightning/Pake into two bikes rather than one.
